Do I need to create an account for a demo class?

Yes. It's very easy; should take less than 1 minute. Just download the app here, purchase your first class and get the second one free..

Do I have to buy a package or a membership?

No, we provide sessions in groups of 4,8,12 or 20 e-vouchers. These are valid for 60 days and can be utilised to book sessions on the app (subject to availability).

When do classes become available to book online?

2 full weeks of classes become available for booking every Monday at 7 AM. Sessions to be booked on the App.

Something came up. Can I cancel?

There is no cancellation fee if you cancel the session on the app by 5PM the night before your class, failing which, you will be charged for that reservation.

How does the waitlist work? / What if the slot I want to attend is pre-booked already?

You choose the slot you want. In case it is unavailable, the software places you onto a waiting list allotting the next closest class possible (up to 12 hours prior to the class start time). After 12-hours we will send a mail/push notification to confirm your seat, however, we can only hold the spot if we're able to reach you; otherwise, it will be released to the next client on the waitlist.

How can I keep track of my performance at Race?

You will receive a workout summary at the end of every class. This information will be accessible to you any time you want.

Can I vary my timings on different days?

Yes when the booking are open you can book a desired session of your choice.

I have my personal fitness tracker can I use it at Race?

Yes, you can use your personal tracker by syncing and connecting with the app.

What is a RACE Cardio Training Class like?

The 50 minutes class starts with a dynamic warm up, then broken down into resistance, intervals and speed on our high-tech machines followed by strength and body-weight conditioning exercises.

I've never done H.I.I.T. I don't run much either, will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. Our workouts are beginner friendly and designed to allow everyone to RACE at their own pace. First Timers are advised to arrive 30 minutes earlier to go through our class prep.

What if I am doing something wrong during the class? Or can’t keep up the pace?

You are your own boss. With a variety of workout levels on offer, you can work with what suits you the best. Please reach out to Our coaches they will modify the workout if needed and guide you.

Is CARDIO H.I.I.T good for you? / What do I get from every workout at Race?

A RACE session revolves around HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), strength training, (METCON) metabolic conditioning, and cardio all in one - making it an all body workout which can be modified to suit everyone.

Will CARDIO H.I.I.T make me too lean?

No. CARDIO H.I.I.T builds up lean muscle mass and tones your entire body.

Can I take class if I have a Medical Condition?

This is something we recommend your doctor to advise upon.

Are the same routines followed every day? / Will there be fixed routines for fixed days?

No two classes are the same. Our sessions are full of variety, scheduled to target every muscle group equally in a planned and precise manner

How many days per week should I Train?

Our experts recommend 2-3 days of HIIT per week.

PRE AND POST CLASS

How early should I arrive to the class?

You are expected to be in the waiting lounge all geared up with comfortable sports wear and running shoes 15min before the class timing.

What should I do before class?

We recommend you to scan through your previous performance before each class so that you are aware about where to push harder.

What do I do when I get there before time?

Say hello to whoever is at the front desk. If it is your first class, tell them and they will ensure that you are taken care of.

What if I’m running late?

Without proper warm up there are chances of injuries and It breaks the flow of class. To be respectful to others, there will be no entry five minutes after class has started.
